Established as TOSEI ENGINEERING SERVICE CORP. with a capital of ten million yen as a subsidiary of TOKYO SEIMITSU Co., Ltd. (ACCRETECH).
Commenced after-sales services for its products, along with sales of related systems and consulting services.
1972
Head Office and Tokyo Plant opened (Chofu-city, Tokyo).
Commenced design, manufacturing, and sales of automatic sorting machines for electronic components.
1976
The capital increased to 30 million yen.
1977
Commenced design, manufacturing, and sales of automatic measuring and sorting machines for automotive parts.
1979
Company name changed to TOSEI ENGINEERING CORP.
1985
The capital increased to 100 million yen.
Nagoya Plant (currently Miyoshi Plant) opened.

The capital increased to 200 million yen.
The capital increased to 300 million yen.

Merged with Japan Physitec Equipment Co., Ltd.

Took over the operation of the In-line Measuring Systems Division from TOKYO SEIMITSU Co., Ltd..

Subsidiary TOSEI (THAILAND) Co., Ltd. established in Thailand.
Subsidiary TOSEI MEASURING (PINGHU) CO., LTD. Established in China.
Obtained ISO 9001 certification.

Executed a share exchange with Tokyo Seimitsu.

Kandatsu Plant opened.

Subsidiary PT TOSEI INDONESIA established in Indonesia.

Expansion of Kandatsu Plant (Phase 2).

Completed expansion of Kandatsu Plant (Phase 3).
2019
Acquired the balancer business (SBS business) from Schmitt Industries, Inc. (U.S.).
Changed the company name of TOSEI AMERICA, INC. to Accretech SBS Inc.
2023
Took over the service business for charge/discharge testing system from Accretech Powertro System Co., Ltd.
2025
Construction of New Nagoya Plant was completed.
Construction of New head office and plant of Accretech SBS Inc.in Portland, Oregon was compieted.
