Laboratory calibrations
The reference standard specimens used for daily checks of instrument accuracy also end up with changing values and dimensions due to age deterioration and wear, just like the measuring instruments themselves.
Calibrating these to verify their values and dimensions ensures your instruments can be used in a reliable manner.
Laboratory calibrations cover a wide range of references, including roughness reference specimens, step reference specimens and master balls. JCSS calibrations are available for certain types of specimens, and our services also comply with IATF 16949 and other industry-specific requirements.
Calibration processes can be catered to suit any customer's specific requirements, so contact the nearest service center for more details.
